Heather Hickey is the daughter of director Rhonda Hickey. She has been a pageant participant for many years, including holding two Teen-America titles. Currently she competes in the fair and festival system of pageants and was Queen Ray*La*ne IX last year. This year, she is proud to represent the Town of Washington (along with her mom who is Ms. Washington) as the Miss Washington Catfish Festival Queen VI. One of the highlights of her year is emceeing the City of Pineville Pageant because as a former contestant she knows the difference the Miss Louisiana Organization makes in every young woman's life.
