Rhonda Hickey is the founder and executive director of the Miss City of Pineville Scholarship Organization as well as the director and founder of the Little Miss City of Pineville Pageant. Along with her co-directors (Heather Hickey and Zelda Beall) the city of Pineville has had a successful titleholders three years and counting. Along with competing in, directing, and judging pageants, Rhonda is currently a student at the University of Southern Mississippi where she is working on a PhD. in Criminal Justice. Rhonda has had over 30 years of pageant experience as a contestant, pageant mom, director, and judge. She has held two titles in the fair and festival systems and in 2006 was Ms. Opelousas Spice and Music Festival Queen, and is the reigning Ms. Washington 2008-2009.
